Pav Bhaji Hut® is a restaurant in Sunnyvale California, serving "Pav Bhaji" - a popular street food that originated in Mumbai, India.

The dish is a kind of vegetable stew or gravy, made with tomatoes, peas, potatoes, cauliflower, onions, peppers, or other vegetables (bhaji), and a distinctive blend spices. It is served with soft, buttery rolls (pav).

Bhaji is traditionally cooked on a large circular grill called a tawa. Pav Bhaji Hut is especillay proud of their 45-inch diameter, 600 pound tawa, which was imported from Mumbai and certified by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF).
