1200 Lakeshore is a pet-friendly luxury apartment on the shores of sparkling Lake Merritt, in Oakland California.

The 26-floor "mid-century modern" building was constructed between 1964 and 1967, and is the tallest structure on Lake Merritt.

As a luxury property, it boasts a host of amenities, including spacious apartments with hardwood floors, large balconies, upgrade kitchens, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The property has a large social room with a kitchen and theater television, state-of-the-art fitness center, laundry facilities and bike-racks.
